I am qualified in supporting pre and post natal clients with exercise. Helping you to stay active throughout your pregnancy, and getting back into exercise after birth.

I am also qualified to offer pregnancy massage.

Pre & Post Natal Exercise

I can guide you through staying active during and after your pregnancy by sharing the guidance on what to do and what to avoid at this time. There are hug benefits to exercising during pregnancy, both physically and psychologically. Once you have had your 6 week sign off post birth, I can also help you to safely get back into exercise post natally.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy Massage

I offer a 60 minute relaxing full body massage after the first trimester. The massage is performed side lying and focuses on relaxation and blood flow.
