I offer personalised sessions at Active Performance Gym in Kings Cliffe or can do mobile sessions at your home (Stamford area only).
I aim to make you feel comfortable and get a good workout whilst keeping sessions fun and varied.
1:1 60 minutes = £35
Small group training 60 minutes = £20 per person

Dance Fit
Thursdays at 10:30am @Â APKC
A low impact cardio workout to music. Leave your ego at the door (I do haha!!), burn some calories and have a laugh while dancing to some of your favourite songs. The routine stays the same for 3 months and classes are 45 minutes long.
Conditioning Blast
Tuesdays at 6:45am @ Active Performance Kings Cliffe
A fun full body session to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Each week the format will be different. Expect the ski erg, rower, bike and big compound resistance movements!

Sophia was my personal trainer for a year and a half. I loved our sessions, Sophia tailored them to me specifically, taking into account a previous knee injury with low impact exercises. Over the months I felt stronger and my fitness improved. Sophia has lots of experience and always brought a variety of exercises to our sessions, with no week being the same.

She was very focussed, pushed me (in the nicest way) and always explained the purpose and benefits of each exercise/equipment we were using. In summer, we had sessions in the garden. In winter, sessions were at inside my house. You don't need much space and Sophia brings all the equipment you need.
